Senior Advisor to the Chief Procurement Officer Polly Hall at the Department of Homeland Security is burning through red tape with her world-class communication and outstanding collaboration techniques – swiftly advancing procurement to meet the rapidly changing demands of the mission.
Prior to her recent appointment as Senior Advisor to the CPO, Polly was part of the Acquisition Professionals Career Program (APCP) – a 3-year intern program for acquisition professionals. She also served as a Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer at TSA. Since joining DHS, Polly was one of the first DHS employees to participate in the OFPP Pilot DITAP (Digital IT Acquisition Professionals) Training Program and rose to serve as Director of the Procurement Innovation Lab (PIL). As Director of the Procurement Innovation Lab (PIL), Polly led a team of acquisition professionals, nurturing the development of innovative procurement techniques to enhance competition, speed-up processes, and improve results.
